Most of our freeze-dried and dehydrated products have a shelf life ranging from 10 to 30 years when stored in a cool, dry place between 55°F and 70°F.

For maximum longevity, store your #10 cans and pails in a location that is protected from moisture, light, and extreme temperature fluctuations.

What is the estimated shipping time for emergency food supplies?
Standard orders typically ship within 3-5 business days. During periods of high demand, processing times may increase, and you will receive a tracking number via email once your order departs our warehouse.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the nature of food products and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on food items. If your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 30 days for a replacement.
How do I calculate how much food I need for my family?
We recommend a minimum of 2,000 calories per day per person. Our 30-day and 1-year kits are pre-calculated to provide adequate caloric intake for one individual for the specified duration.
