Ensure your food items are unopened, in their original packaging, and within the 30-day return window to qualify for a refund.
Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package Your Items
Securely pack the items in their original shipping box and clearly write the provided RMA number on the outside of the package.
Ship and Track
Send the package back to our warehouse using a trackable shipping method; once received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
